If the quantity of goods is large, it is more cost-effective to send logistics, but you need to go to the logistics company to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is China Post, and the logistics is dedicated freight. There are many trucks leaving for all parts of the country every day in Yiwu. As long as it is a place with relatively developed trade in Yiwu, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the freight company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there are no direct trucks in the county and city, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods step by step. The direct place freight fee for one piece of goods is about 30 yuan, and the transfer fee for the place needing transfer is about 20 yuan.
2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.

1. About the product quality
The products sold are 100% genuine. If you require us to ship on your behalf, please confirm that you have 100% confidence in us. If you do not, please do not place an order. The profit from shipping on behalf is minimal. If you encounter any after-sales issues, please handle them yourself and do not shift the responsibility to us. If you cannot handle them, you can contact our customer service.
2. Express delivery beyond the area, delay, and collection on behalf of the problem
Please confirm the customer's address before placing an order to ensure it falls within our courier's delivery scope. We do not conduct a second confirmation for the shipping address. The courier company will arrange the delivery randomly. We will not be responsible for any delivery that exceeds the area. In case of any delays, please check with the courier yourself and contact them. We are only responsible for filling in the correct courier tracking number. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of the courier. If your customer rejects the delivery due to delays and returns it, we will deduct 10% of the purchase amount as a labor cost.
3. Goods Damage
Check for damage before signing for the package and you may reject it. We will assist you in seeking compensation from the courier and refund the amount to you. For damage found after signing, we are not responsible.
The damage of goods is a probabilistic event, and even the most careful packaging cannot completely prevent it.

Section 4: After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), after this period, we will not accept any complaints. If the case of false or exaggerated reports is verified, we will not accept it.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEYANG or JIAJIE, and the return method should be negotiated with our after-sales customer service).
