All products in this factory are wholesale products, supplied to distributors and wholesalers. Retail sales to the public require the payment of corresponding packaging fees.

Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with this factory are subject to the policy of payment upon shipment: use Alipay escrow transaction or online banking payment.

All the products sent out by our factory are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Although we have made the best preventive measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.

All products in our factory have a basic amount of stock, but due to the fact that some of our products are hot-selling items, we adopt a 020 sales model with a large number of orders, so there is a possibility that some orders may not be available after placing them. Therefore, it is normal for the delivery period to be two to three days. We will try our best to arrange early delivery. If there is stock, we will try to deliver the same day, and if there is no stock, we will arrange the goods within three days. Please understand and forgive! If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with the customer service.

Our factory defaults to YTO Express. If the delivery cannot be reached, we will use the China Post Small Packet Post. Other courier services are not available. For large items, please contact customer service to cancel the shipping fee and send the goods by logistics. The logistics fee is collect.

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the factory will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our factory. However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist our clients in resolving this issue. Our factory will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning materials, and compact stacking methods to avoid damage. Please (or other persons authorized to receive goods) must inspect the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, make sure to hold on to the delivery slip until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, give it back to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

Unconditional Return Policy: Our factory offers a 15-day unconditional return and exchange service. In the event of a return or exchange request, the customer must ensure that the product packaging is intact, has not been used, and the product is undamaged, without affecting the resale of the product. (If the returned goods do not meet the standards, a 20% handling fee will be charged.) The shipping cost for the unconditional return or exchange is borne by the buyer.

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or that the materials are not of high quality, which may not meet their expectations. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our photos are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our factory will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only completely qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality.

Product Images: All product images are 100% taken from actual products, which can truly reflect the actual appearance of the product itself. However, due to factors such as lighting and photography skills, there may be slight differences between the images and the actual products. Due to market changes and other factors, our factory may adjust the color and packaging methods of the products and packaging. Please refer to the actual product for the final decision.

Other: Although we produce only high-quality toys, for perfectionists or those with strict standards, please gracefully turn around and walk away.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.
