I. Product quotation

III. Freight problem
if the purchase quantity is small, express delivery can be sent. If the quantity is large, logistics can be sent. The cost of express delivery or logistics is borne by the buyer, and the seller does not bear any cost. (Note: We can only help buyers estimate the freight of the goods. The actual freight is mainly based on the amount at the time of delivery. We can control the delivery time, but we can't tell the arrival time of the freight station correctly, please understand!)
IV. Signing instructions
1. Buyers who deliver logistics should carefully check the goods in front of the logistics and freight company personnel when they pick up the goods. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation in person. If it cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods first, contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, the goods will be deemed to be accepted without objection after signing.
2. Buyers who send express delivery should sign the package after checking it in person. Please check whether it is missing part and the product is damaged before signing, especially when the outer packaging is damaged. If you find that the quantity is inconsistent and the goods are damaged, please do not sign for it and seal it as it is immediately, contact us in front of the courier, and we will contact the courier company to solve the problem. If incorrect quanitity of the situation occurs after signing, we have the right not to accept it. Please pay attention.
V. About delivery
this factory mainly exports foreign trade. TOY products are often out of stock too fast, especially the toy sales volume during the peak season of online sales is plus-sized, so the possibility of some out of stock after ordering is not ruled out, therefore, the delivery period is normal in two to three days, and we will try our best to arrange the delivery as soon as possible. If you have goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be ready within three days. Please forgive me! Solution to the shortage problem: first, we will contact the consignee, inform the reason for the shortage, and obtain the consignee's consent to change the style or color, etc.
VI. After-sales service
1. If you find that our products have quality problems after signing, please contact our customer service within 12 hours after signing, and provide photos and videos. We have the right not to deal with the expired products.
In principle, we do not accept returns. Products can be exchanged through negotiation due to factory quality problems. (most problems can be solved by replacing batteries, adjusting battery riding position, connecting thread ends... and other simple methods, if you sell toys, you must be able to repair them) but the buyer is responsible for the transportation costs incurred. Make sure that the replacement of products does not affect the secondary sales, after receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together when the customer purchases the product next time. We cannot accept the situation when the product is delivered together next time. The freight will be borne by the customer! Please inform our Wangwang customer service before sending it back!!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, which cannot be compared with household appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not implement the Three Guarantees policy. If problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility, if within the scope of our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled according to relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and customers.
3. The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: The Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored according to normal methods, products beyond the after-sales service period.
