Silica gel button production process:

 

1. Raw material preparation (also called rubber mixing, material preparation, etc.): including raw rubber mixing, color matching, weight calculation of raw materials, etc.

 

II. Vulcanization molding (also called oil pressure molding): high-pressure vulcanization equipment is adopted for high-temperature vulcanization to make silica gel raw materials into solid state molding.

 

3. Silk screen printing: full-plate silicone button (full-plate printing efficiency is higher) printing various functional symbols, which can be multi-color printing and can be processed by laser engraving. After printing, the ink is baked in the oven and dried, make sure that it does not fade and is more wear-resistant and durable.

 

4. Peak covering (also called processing, trimming, etc.): After the whole printing, some useless burrs and holes need to be removed; In the industry, this process is completely completed by hand, some factories also use punching machines.

 

V. Surface treatment: surface treatment includes removing dust with air gun and adhering impurities.

 

VI. Oil injection: silicone products can easily absorb dust in the air under normal conditions and have certain viscosity. Spray a thin layer of hand oil on the surface, which can not only prevent dust but also ensure the hand feeling. After spraying the oil, bake it again.

 

VII. Others: Other processes include some additional functions given by merchants to silica gel button, such as epoxy, laser carving, P + R synthesis, Optimized Packaging, assembly with other materials and components, etc.
