Wholesale instructions
Please read the following terms carefully, they will take effect from the time of your order. If you have any questions, please confirm with our customer service staff before placing your order.
I. About Retail
1. Orders under 200 yuan are considered retail and can be shipped. Once sold, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If there are transportation issues, they can be resolved through consultation.
Please count and confirm the goods in front of the transportation company personnel before signing for them.
2. If the quality problem causes a functional shortage, and if replacement parts are needed, they will not be arranged separately. They must be ordered for the next shipment or the customer must bear the freight costs themselves.
Section Two: About Shipping
1. After the customer places an order and makes payment, the goods are generally arranged to be sent within 2 days. Orders placed after 16:30 daily or those paid for after that time are considered to be shipped the next day.
2. If there are any special reasons that prevent us from shipping on time, we will contact the buyer in time to handle the situation. We appreciate your understanding and gratitude.
Section Three: Logistics
1. Express delivery: Default shipping method is ShenTong, YTO, and postal express, etc. If you need to specify any one of these express companies, please contact customer service. Without prior communication, we will not accept any responsibility for any delays or damage caused by the specified express company.
All orders will be shipped by default courier.
2. Logistics: Freight charges are generally collected upon arrival, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or by us.
I will choose the more suitable one for you.
Section Four: About Receiving Goods
1. If there are any stock shortages, please leave a message within 24 hours after signing for the goods. We will help you verify the situation as soon as possible.
2. If the goods are damaged in packaging, missing or damaged, please take photos as evidence, refuse to accept the express, and contact us to handle.
Article 5: About Returns and Exchanges
1. If the quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of the product's original function, we will handle the return and exchange, but the transportation costs incurred from this will be borne by the customer.
The cost is borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjusting the position of the battery placement, connecting the wire head... and so on).
Selling toys requires the ability to repair them.
2. For reasons such as poor sales or not as good as expected, which are not due to quality issues of the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange service.
3. If the product is indeed to be returned in its original condition and packaging, the return discount will be based on the length of time, and all shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
7 days 80% discount, more than 7 days return at 70% discount.
Section Six: After-sales Service
Please feedback any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the goods (time of receipt signature applies), or any feedback beyond this period will not be accepted.
After-sales issues will not be handled. If there are quality problems with the products, please accumulate them and return them using ordinary logistics. The return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer.
If you encounter any quality issues, please contact our customer service to register and process them. If the products have not been registered, they will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
