The lifting chain should be hung vertically, and there should be no wrong twisting chain ring, and the lower hook frame of the double-row chain should not be turned over.
5. The operator should stand in the same plane as the hand chain wheel and pull the hands chain, so that the hand chain wheel can rotate clockwise, so that the weight can rise; Pull the hands chain in reverse, and slowly fall at noon.
6. When lifting heavy objects, personnel are strictly prohibited from doing any work or walking under the heavy objects to avoid personal accidents.
7. During the lifting process, no matter the weight rises or falls, when pulling bracelet, the force should be even and slow, and do not force too hard to avoid bracelet beating or snap ring.
8. If the operator finds that the hand tension is greater than the normal tension, he should stop using it immediately.
Maintenance method of hand hoist:
1. After use, the gourd should be cleaned and coated with rust-proof grease, and stored in a dry place.
8. Maintenance and overhaul should be carried out by those who are familiar with the hoist mechanism, so as to prevent those who do not understand the performance principle of the machine from being disassembled and assembled at will.
3. After cleaning and maintenance, no-load test should be carried out to confirm that the hoist works normally and the brake is reliable before it can be delivered for use.
4. The friction surface of the brake must be kept clean. The brake part should be checked frequently to prevent brake failure and the phenomenon of falling objects.
