Operating instructions:

    The bottom of the handle bar is aligned with dump valve and tightened clockwise. The wrench is operated up and down, and the rocker arm rises. On the contrary, it is relaxed counterclockwise (generally no more than one circle) and the rocker arm lands.

Refueling and air emission:

1. After the Jack is used for a long time, the oil will deteriorate. No. 13 high-quality hydraulic oil must be replaced. It is forbidden to add other types of refined oil, brake fluid.

2. The refueling height, the jack is placed horizontally, and the distance between the liquid level and the outer pipe is 10mm.

3. Sometimes during transportation and use, air will enter the second Jack of the hydraulic system and affect the normal operation of the jack, so the air in the system should be discharged.

    A. Remove the cover plate, open the oil plug, and let the air overflow;

    B. Relax dump valve counterclockwise;

     C. Quickly pull the handle up and down several times;

    D. Close dump valve, put back the cover plate, and the Jack can be used normally.

Maintenance and repair:

1. When the jack is not used, the rocker arm should be at the lowest position to avoid affecting the precision and corrosion of the oil pump, keep the Jack clean, and often fill the external moving parts with 20# oil.

2. Before each use, check whether the Jack has welding cracks and whether the parts and fasteners are lost, loose, broken, deformed and other appeals. The Jack cannot be used.

3. For your safety, it must be repaired under the guidance of senior maintenance workers.

Instructions for use:

1. Fix the parking brake, set the automatic gear in the "P" position, and set the manual gear in the first or reverse gear.

2. Fix other tires with tire pads or wood (en) pallet.

3. Put the jack on the support point groove for use.

4. Do not exceed the rated load when using the jack.

5. When the Jack lifts the vehicle, do not climb into the bottom of the vehicle.

6. Do not place pads on the Jack head or base.

7. Park the car in a flat position.

8. If you can, please use the bracket to support the lifted vehicle.
