特点：
1、体小量轻，使用方便，工作压力高。
2、单级泵站：结构简单，可获得较大的工作压力。
3、双级泵站：低压时，高，低压泵同时供油，可获得较大的输出流量。高压时，低压泵经卸荷溢流阀自动空载回油。减少功率消耗。
4、保压功能：在外油路无泄漏的情况下，停泵保压5分钟，额定压力下降不超过5Mpa.
使用方法 :
1、 使用前必须检查各部是否正常。
2、 使用时应严格遵守主要参数中的规定，切忌超高超载，否则当起重高度或起重吨位超过规定时，油缸顶部会发生严重漏油。
3、如手动泵体的油量不足时，需先向泵中加入应为经充分过滤后的N33#液压油才能工作。
4、电动泵请参照电动泵使用说明书。
5、重物重心要选择适中，合理选择千斤顶的着力点，底面要垫平，同时要考虑到地面软硬条件，是否要衬垫坚韧的木材，放置是否平稳，以免负重下陷或倾斜。
6、千斤顶将重物顶升后，应及时用支撑物将重物支撑牢固，禁止将千斤顶作为支撑物使用。
7、如需几只千斤顶同时起重时，除应正确安放千斤顶外，应使用多顶分流阀，且每台千斤顶的负荷应均衡，注意保持起升速度同步。还必须考虑因重量不匀地面可能下陷的情况，防止被举重物产生倾斜而发生危险。
8、使用时先将手动泵的快速接头与顶对接，然后选好位置，将油泵上的放油螺钉旋紧，即可工作。欲使活塞杆下降，将手动油泵手轮按逆时针方向微微旋松，油缸卸荷，活塞杆即逐渐下降。否则下降速度过快将产生危险。
9、本千斤顶系弹簧复位结构，起重完后，即可快速取出，但不可用连接的软管来拉动千斤顶。
10、因千斤顶起重行程较小,用户使用时千万不要超过额定行程,以免损坏千斤顶。
11、使用过程中应避免千斤顶剧烈振动。
12、不适宜在有酸碱，腐蚀性气体的工作场所使用。
13、用户要根据使用情况定期检查和保养。

Purpose:

2. The device is used as a hydraulic power source in some mechanical equipment.
3. As various high-pressure hydraulic components, high-pressure vessels, high-pressure rubber hose stations of hydraulic test pump or install manual pump.
Note:
1. If there is a phenomenon of empty beating when using, you can loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body first, and press the pump body vertically and head down for a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and then continue to use.
2. When using, do not add partial load or overload to avoid the danger of Jack damage. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the parts.
3. This machine uses oil as the medium, and the maintenance of oil and this machine must be done well to avoid silting or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
4. For a new or long-standing oil Jack, due to the large amount of air in the cylinder memory, when it is used, the piston rod may have a slight sudden jump phenomenon, which can move the oil Jack 2-3 times without load, to remove the air in the cavity. For a jack that has been idle for a long time, the seal is hardened due to the long-term inoperation of the seal, which affects the service life of oil Jack. Therefore, when oil Jack is not in use, the oil Jack no-load reciprocating motion should be 2-3 times a month.
5. High-pressure oil pipe after 105Mpa(1050Kgf/cm2) test when leaving the factory. However, because the hose is easy to age, users need to check frequently, usually for six months, and frequent users for three months. Use 87.5Mpa(875Kgf/cm2) to test the pressure during inspection. If there are phenomena such as blasting, bulge and leakage, it cannot be used.
6. The operation should strictly abide by the technical specifications, and users should regularly check and maintain according to the usage.
7. If the oil quantity of the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (10# engine oil) to the pump before it can work.
8. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object, select the stress point of the Jack, and at the same time, consider whether the hardness of the ground is padded with tough wood to avoid the risk of dumping during lifting.
9. After the Jack lifts the weight, the weight should be supported firmly with tough wood in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support, and it is forbidden to use several jacks at the same time to avoid unbalanced load, risk of dumping.
10. When using, first connect the manual pump quick connector with the top, then select the position and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to work. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.
