Step 2: Start wearing safety belts
will security belt slide Over Arms to shoulders. Ensure that all webbing is free to hang. The shoulder strap must be kept vertical and not close to the center of the body.
Step 3: leg ribbon
grab the leg thinning band and connect them with the buckles on the webbing on both sides of the hips. Wear the extra length ribbon into the adjustment ring
step 4: chest ribbon
connect the chest strap together by a slip-on buckle. Chest strap must be 15cm below the shoulder. The extra length of the webbing goes into the adjustment ring.
Step 5: adjust the safety belt
shoulder: adjust the webbing of the whole body from the shoulder to ensure that the height of the webbing of the leg is just below the hip and the back D-ring is between the two shoulder blades.
Legs: then adjust the webbing of the legs, try to do one-leg forward extension and half squat, and adjust the length of the webbing of the legs on both sides to be the same.
Chest: the chest ribbon should be crossed in the middle of the chest, and about 3 hands from the bottom of the sternum guide the wide distance.
Properly worn and adjusted body safety belt can effectively decompose the impact force into the whole body, and provide certain suspension support and fall rescue.
