Minimum Order Quantity

1Our company does not retail products, and the minimum batch quantity is 2000 yuan. If the amount is less than 2000 yuan, a service fee of 40 yuan will be charged.

2Each product is minimum ordered in units, and all goods prices do not include shipping fees. Fragile items include the cost of wood frames.

3When shipping, all grid frame products are shipped with wooden pallets. To save shipping costs, some products with the same item number are packed together in two pieces. Therefore, if you personally check the goods, you need to count each item clearly by item number. (It is possible that one wooden pallet is packed with two pieces of goods).

Section Two: Method of Allocation

1Our shipping time is usually 3-5 days. A. We will arrange the goods for you on the second or third day after receiving your payment, and ensure that the goods are sent within 4 working days. The day of payment does not count, and the goods will be sent within 4 working days from the next day. B. Because product updates are quite rapid, there may be a situation where the goods you have ordered have become out of stock by the time we process your order. Three, Shipping

Five, after-sales service
