By default, shipping is charged at the courier rate. If you need to send a large quantity by courier, you can simply make the payment after purchasing. If you need to send by logistics, please contact our customer service online to notify them of the shipping cost adjustments. Typically, logistics shipping is paid upon delivery (i.e., the buyer pays the logistics company when picking up the goods).
2. I am from 'ΧΧ County', and I have a large quantity of hangers that are quite heavy. It is not cost-effective to send them by courier, so I would like to know if it is possible to send them by logistics?
Answer: Yes. And it is recommended that items weighing over 100 kilograms (usually around 2000 pieces for children's hangers) should all be shipped by logistics, and you should pick them up yourself. Logistics can be sent to cities and county-level cities. The freight is much cheaper than express delivery, and for specific pricing standards, please consult the customer service.
3. What courier services do you offer?
Answer: There are ordinary express delivery services (such as ZTO Express, YTO Express, YouSu Express, etc.), and there are ordinary freight logistics (freight market shipping, self-pickup, recommended for wholesale customers).
4. If the hangers I purchased from your store are broken or unusable due to pressure from logistics or courier services, what should I do?
Answer: Due to the characteristics of the products, knowing that checking them one by one at the time of signing for is not realistic. Therefore, our store has specially opened a green channel, where all products purchased from our store can be directly signed for without the need for inspection; signing for does not affect any after-sales issues.
