Shipping and Handling Instructions

1. Regarding express delivery, if you choose to use express transportation, please contact us to confirm the express you have selected (Yunda, YTO, Best). After the payment for the goods and the freight is made, we will ship the goods within 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances, we will contact you in advance.

2. Regarding logistics, freight charges are generally collected upon delivery, and the goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The shipping logistics can be provided by the customer (please provide the telephone number and address of the Yiwu freight station) or we can help you choose a more suitable one! (Note: we can only estimate the freight charges for the buyer, and the actual freight charges are based on the amount at the time of pickup. Charging Standards

2. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.

After-sales service

1. We do not accept returns in principle. If the product has quality problems due to factory defects, we can negotiate for a exchange. However, the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. After receiving the returned product, we will send the exchange together with the next customer's order. We cannot accept the situation where the exchange is sent together with the next shipment. The freight costs are the responsibility of the customer! Before sending back, you must inform our business's Alibaba customer service!!!

2. Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, all toy products sold by our company do not apply to the three-pack policy.
