Due to the wholesale nature, the profit is low. All transactions with our company require payment upon shipment: use Alipay or bank transfer.

All products sent by our company are individually packaged with beautiful and independent packaging. In addition to the original packaging, we also add an outer packaging to enhance the ability to withstand pressure. Although we have made the best preventive measures, it is still impossible to completely avoid problems that may occur during long-distance transportation, such as scratches, bumps, and squeezes, etc.

Our company has a basic amount of inventory for all products, but due to the high popularity of our toys and models, as well as the large volume of both export and domestic sales orders, there is a possibility that some products may not be available after an order is placed. Therefore, it is normal for the shipping period to be two to three days. We will make every effort to arrange early shipment. If the product is available, we will try to ship it the same day. For products that are not available, we will arrange for them to be ready within three days. Please understand and forgive us. If you need to place a large order, the delivery period and payment methods need to be determined after negotiation with our customer service.

Our company's default national express delivery is YouSu Express, ZTO Express, YTO Express. If the delivery cannot be reached, please contact the seller first. If you need other express delivery, please contact our customer service. The freight charge is based on the actual weight. Please contact our customer service after the purchase to modify the freight!

The solution to the shortage problem: In general, we will contact the consignee to inform them of the shortage reason and obtain their consent to replace the style or color. If we cannot contact the consignee, the default principle is to send as much as we can according to the order. The remaining payment will be fully refunded to the purchaser.

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. If you find: the quantity is incorrect, the goods are damaged, please seal it back in its original condition and refuse to sign immediately, and contact the shop owner in person in front of the courier. After confirmation by the buyer, it can be returned. Once the parcel is signed for, the shop will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention!!! The same applies to problems that arise after others sign for it. Therefore, please make sure to sign for it yourself!

Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (recommend choosing logistics with insurance such as Dewang). However, we have an obligation to do our utmost to assist the customer in resolving this issue. Our company will adopt double-layer packaging, adding cushioning, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage. Please (or other consignee) must check the quantity and appearance of the goods together with the courier (this is your right), if the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please have the courier sign to confirm or refuse to accept.

Question 1: The courier refuses to open the package together for inspection.
Solution: After you sign for the courier package, make sure to hold on to the delivery slip until you have thoroughly checked it. Then, give it back to the courier staff.
Problem 2: The courier refuses to sign to confirm the missing quantity.
Solution: Just write down the courier's phone number and name.

Subjective defects: Our products are of high quality and low price, offering great value for money. Some buyers may find that the workmanship is somewhat rough with imperfections, or they feel that the materials are not of high quality, or that the products do not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and if you are too picky, please look elsewhere. Our images are all taken from the actual products, and all dimensions are measured by hand. An error of 1-2CM is considered normal.

Return and Exchange Policy: For products with quality issues that result in the loss of their intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as changing the batteries, adjusting the battery placement, or reconnecting the wires...). For reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations, which are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange.

Product Quality: All products sent by our company will undergo multiple inspections, including during production, after production, and before shipment. Only completely qualified products will be shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality.

Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle scheduling, and traffic conditions. The estimated transportation time we provide is for reference only and is not part of the contract. It is also not a reason for returning the goods.

1. Before returning or exchanging the goods, you must inform our customer service and obtain our consent. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse to accept the return or exchange! ②: Full refund for brand-new items, no impact on second-hand sales (if the packaging is intact and the flying device has not been used). We offer an 80% refund.
