1. Product Quotation
The factory's direct wholesale price (i.e., the factory delivery price, no tax, no shipping fee, no any additional charges).

Only accept payment upon shipment, via Alipay or bank transfer.
If the order requires a certain amount of time to produce, a 30% deposit is required first, and the balance must be paid in full the day before the shipment.

Fourthly, shipping time
Upon receiving the customer's payment or deposit, our company will prepare the goods, which generally takes 1-3 days. Due to the need for stock preparation (some require production), please customers ensure to book as early as possible according to actual conditions to avoid any difficulties in our factory's scheduling, which could affect the customer's business operations. In the event of delayed delivery for some products, our sales representative will inform the customer in advance, and the customer can choose to replace or cancel the out-of-stock products.
Receiving time
The cost of transportation varies depending on the distance, transportation conditions, and transportation methods of each region. For specific information, please confirm with our sales representative or the freight company.
Sixth, Receiving Standards
1. Please inspect the goods carefully in front of the logistics company personnel upon receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods on the spot to check the accuracy. If there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for compensation. If the problem cannot be solved, please do not take the goods away. Contact us at the freight station for negotiation. Otherwise, signing the receipt after that will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.
3. Since we ship through logistics companies, which use large trucks for transportation, there may be some minor damage in normal transportation. Each logistics company has an agreement. Please specify the logistics and transportation company you need. Damage to toys during transportation may occur from time to time, and we do not assume the risk of transportation. It is recommended to buy insurance during the transportation process, with normal handling fees of 3%-5%.
Please carefully inspect the goods before picking them up.
4. We ship on behalf of our clients and handle the shipping and transportation procedures. All shipping costs are collect on delivery. When picking up the goods, if there are any damages, the shipping costs can be used as a guarantee. Generally, it is recommended not to prepay.
7. After-sales Service
After the customer receives the goods, they should check and accept them in time. If there are serious quality problems with some of the products, which affect their use, please provide images and other evidence within 3 days of receiving the goods (beyond the responsibility of oneself). Our company will arrange for the solution based on the actual situation.

We do not support the return of goods without reason. The return period is 15 days (the return must be confirmed by both parties before being sent back).
Due to the special nature of toy products, they cannot be compared with household appliances. Therefore, our company does not implement a three-pack policy for all toy products we sell. If there are problems after use, we do not assume any responsibility. If we are able to solve these problems, we will help, but all related costs will be borne by the customer. Special products are handled according to the relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and the customer.
