For any goods purchased from our company, if there are any quality issues or short deliveries, please contact us immediately. We will resolve the problem for you immediately and give you a satisfactory reply.
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover a functional failure or quality problems with the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period. Any false or exaggerated reports will not be taken seriously once they are verified.
