1. All the treasures in our store are photographed with actual items, and what you see is what you get. The actual items are basically the same as the pictures, and we guarantee the quality. Please rest assured to purchase. Customized seal designs do not support returns, exchanges, or a seven-day no-reason return policy.

 

2. Exchange and return: Due to the fact that the photos were taken in a studio, there may be color differences from the images. Also, due to the resolution, monitor, and graphics card of each computer, there may be slight differences in the images, which is a normal phenomenon! If the product packaging is damaged and affects resale, it will not be exchanged or returned.

3. Color difference issue: Due to individual perception, display screen issues, and the difference between actual items and images, there may be some color differences. Just like when we take photos, the images are usually brighter, while the actual items are darker. Therefore, customers who care about color differences should carefully consider before making a purchase.

4. Feedback: I value each buyer's feedback and strive for perfection in service. If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, please do not rush to leave a review. Contact the store owner quickly to discuss and we will find a solution for you. Also, please give a sincere feedback after we solve your problem.

5. Quality issues: A dedicated department will pack the goods before shipment, and there should be no quality problems. However, we cannot guarantee 100% perfection. If you are a perfectionist, please understand that we may not be able to meet your expectations. If there are any defects in the product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure that we can resolve the issue appropriately.

A. The return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure that the return or exchange is done with the original packaging intact, so that it does not affect the next sale, including the packaging bags.

Please sign for the receipt of the goods in person when you receive them, and check the goods for any damage in front of the delivery person before signing. If someone else signs for you or if you sign and then discover damage after the fact, we reserve the right to refuse your exchange or return request.

Therefore, the store will not be responsible for any issues that are not quality-related.

If you return the goods without permission, any loss or expenses incurred will be borne by the buyer.

6. Size Issues: Each product is measured with detailed dimensions, and the measurement method varies from person to person. An error of about 2cm is considered normal. If you blame the seller for a recommended size error after the fact, we apologize but we do not accept this as a reason for a return.

7. Express Delivery: Our store works with a courier company that generally arrives on time, but sometimes, due to special circumstances, it may be delayed by one or two days. This is especially true during adverse weather conditions and public holidays, when there may be delays. Due to different delivery times in different regions, there may be no deliveries on weekends. Additionally, the quality of the courier company's delivery personnel varies from one branch to another, and there may be instances of poor customer service or damaged packages. Some sellers cannot predict these unforeseen factors. In short, if you encounter any dissatisfaction, please contact us, and we will actively communicate with the courier company to resolve the issue.
