measurement method:

1. After the engine is fully operated and the correct idle speed is adjusted according to the standard data, shut down the engine.

2. Connect rubber vacuum tube to the pressure gauge and press the elastic clamp.

3. Refer to motorcycle maintenance manual of various models, use copper connection of the special thread specification, screw into the carburetor thread, do not force screw in if the thread is incorrect, clean up the copper connection before screwing in threads band, and make sure that the copper connection sealing ring is not damaged and screw it into place until it is sealed. Insert the other end of rubber vacuum tube into the tapered end of copper connection.

4. Confirm that the pressure gauge rubber vacuum tube is connected to the carburetor cylinder to be measured, and check the number of each cylinder.

5. Activate the engine and start debugging the carburetor synchronization after heat soak minutes. After the initial synchronization, Refuel (accelerate) several times. After returning to idle speed, check the value indicated by the pressure gauge. If there is any change, adjust it again.

6. For the negative pressure standard data of motorcycle carburetor, refer to the factory data Manual of the vehicle.
