1. Return and Exchange
Since the logistics receipt date, 7 days support exchange goods, the return freight must be borne by the buyer. 3. Damage to the packaging caused by the courier logistics: We will use logistics strengthening packaging, adding cushioning, compact stacking, and other methods to avoid damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier to check!! The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return, but we will do our best to assist customers to handle the problems caused by logistics and courier.
All products are subject to multiple inspections during production, after production, and before shipment, and only those that are completely qualified are shipped. However, various uncertain factors may lead to the loss of product functionality, and our factory can only guarantee a 98% pass rate, with the remaining 2% falling within the scope of exemptions.
