【Time】

Our store stops shipping at 17:00 daily. After you make an order and pay, we will first print the shipping label and arrange it to the warehouse, then package and ship it. Most orders can be shipped the same day they are ordered. In case of a waiting list or stock shortage, our company will communicate with you in time to inform you of the expected delivery date. You can also leave a message to urge the shipping process.

【Emergency】

During peak periods, we will ship orders in the order they are received. In the event of any special circumstances, shipping may be delayed. If you need your order urgently, please contact our customer service immediately!

【Service】

Support free sample collection, domestic sales/cross-border one-stop distribution, OEM and other cross-border customized services!

【Exchange or Return】

If you need to exchange or return the goods or have any questions about the product, please contact customer service immediately after receiving the goods. Do not return without authorization!

About after-sales service

We assume the freight charges.

Buyer pays shipping costs

If the wrong style, color, or a large amount of unsolvable stains or damage are found on the goods, we will bear the shipping cost for sending them back to you. However, please note that if the damage is caused by human error or if the return is made without our staff's consent, any losses incurred will not be responsible for by our company.

All products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the data is measured manually. For returns or exchanges due to personal dislikes, such as not wanting or not being satisfied, or color differences, the shipping fee will be at your own expense.

The product is not eligible for exchange or return service if it has been soaked in water, contaminated with stains, or has any wear or damage that affects resale. Please do not send items for exchange or return with a collect on delivery (COD) shipping method.

1 piece of goods for distribution supports 8 days of free return and exchange, if not due to product issues, the cost of return and exchange is at your own expense. Some one-piece distribution goods are shipped with free shipping, and after-sales services should deduct the shipping fee, which is generally 4-8 yuan (the exact amount is subject to customer service communication). Any after-sales service can be communicated to solve, and agents with malicious negative comments will have their agent status permanently cancelled!
