3. Buyers are required to personally receive the express delivery and open the package to check for any damage or mismatch. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us to negotiate any special return or exchange situations. After confirmation, we will provide a return or exchange, and the cost of return express delivery will be borne by us. 4. When returning the goods, the buyer should advance the courier fees, and the seller will refund the courier fees to the buyer once the goods are received. All items with a collect on delivery (COD) option will be refused.

If the buyer's receiving address has express delivery restrictions (some remote areas cannot deliver mail), the buyer should inform the seller in advance and choose a different shipping method. If we randomly choose a shipping method, the buyer is responsible for any resulting losses!

The freight charges will be settled directly with the carrier company or we can settle them on your behalf. We ship goods to customers across the country every day. As long as you provide us with a detailed address, name, and contact information, we are responsible for ensuring that your goods are safely delivered to you!
Note: We support all SF Express items with payment upon delivery. The shipping fee for payment upon delivery is the same. If your time requirement is not very strict, we recommend that you send the goods by other courier or logistics services, which can significantly reduce your costs.
