Buyer's Notes

To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, please read and understand clearly before placing an order!

1. About freight charges

The shop will consider a purchase of 200 yuan or more as wholesale, and if you purchase 5 kilograms of products, you will be eligible for one-time shipping within your region. Wholesale orders do not include shipping. If the quantity is large, please contact the shop owner through Alibaba Messenger for logistics arrangements. For smaller orders, shipping will be done by courier, and for larger quantities, logistics will be handled. The courier fee will be simply calculated by the seller and reported to the merchant. For logistics, the buyer will be responsible for the payment upon arrival. Alternatively, you can contact the seller to make up the shipping fee before the shipment is sent.

Section Two: About Receiving Goods

Please the buyer personally sign for the parcel when receiving it, and check it in person to ensure it is correct. Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the packaging tape is broken or missing, or the tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage or damage, please do not take the goods away first. Contact us at the freight station for consultation; after confirmation by myself, it can be returned. Once the goods are signed, the store will not assume any responsibility, please pay attention! The same applies to problems that occur after others sign, so please make sure to sign by yourself! Otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

III. About Returns and Exchanges

1. Exchange or return for free if there is no quality problem.

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, such as poor sales, not as good as expected, or inability to use, or buying the wrong product for reasons other than product quality, the buyer is responsible for the return freight due to the damage and loss caused by the return of the product. If the item is shipped for free, the shipping fee at the time of our shipment will be deducted. For items over 20kg, which are considered bulk orders, we will not provide exchange or return services due to personal reasons of the buyer.

2. Quality problem returns and exchanges:

If there are quality issues with the product, we provide a service to send replacement parts. This includes support for missing or short items to be sent out, which is not considered a quality problem. Please contact our online customer service for further discussion. If there is no agreement reached beforehand, and the item is sent back for a return or exchange, the shipping costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box is elastic, but the toy is not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing. Product damage of 2%-5% is within the normal range, and we will provide a replacement part repair service. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, which will not be used as a reason for return.
