Please understand that a 5% defect rate is considered normal. If you are concerned, please consider carefully before making a purchase. Repair Method: After the product is inflated, place it in a basin to check for air leaks. Apply a small amount of glue to the leak point (after releasing the air), let it dry for about 30 minutes, and wait until the glue on the surface is completely dry.

1. About shipping: Small items are sent by courier, and currently we do not accept specific courier services. For larger orders, logistics can also be used. All logistics are sent with payment on delivery. Logistics only reach county and city districts, and you need to pick up yourself. For details, please contact customer service.

2. About returns: You need to contact our customer service in advance to explain the reason for the return, and write down the quantity and product name when returning. Customers who return the goods themselves must not affect secondary sales (seasonal products cannot be exchanged or returned after the season, please note!). The return shipping fee needs to be borne by the buyer, and we refuse to accept the item to be paid!! Please contact customer service within 10 days after receiving the goods to make a record for returns and exchanges, and we will not accept the case after the deadline!!!

3. About receipt: When signing for the parcel, please open it in front of the courier to check if the goods are damaged, and confirm the quantity is correct. If you find any problems, please refuse to sign. Once the receipt is signed, it is considered that the goods have been accepted.

4: Regarding dimensions: Due to differences in measuring tools and methods, there may be an error of 1-3cm. If you are sensitive to this, please do not purchase!!!

5: Regarding colors: Due to factors such as shooting technology, environment, lighting, display screens, and color differences, please refer to the actual item for accuracy. If you are sensitive to color differences, please do not purchase!!!
