Dear customer, our store defaults to using YTO Express for shipping. You can also choose to use SF Express, but you will need to pay the additional shipping fee. If you need to use SF Express, please contact our customer service to make the arrangement. Orders placed before 5 PM on normal working days will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next day. If you have any special requirements for the products, please make sure to inform the seller in the message section.

【About Stock Shortage

If there are product shortages for orders, we will try our best to leave a message on Alipay or call the customer immediately to explain the situation and the expected arrival time, and to negotiate with the customer to resolve the shortage problem. Due to working hours, for some customers who cannot be notified in time, if the received order does not match the number of products ordered online, please contact the customer service as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

【关于售后】

Please make sure to open the parcel in the presence of the courier to check if the goods are damaged and the quantity is correct. If you find any problems such as damage or shortage, please refuse to sign. Once the parcel is signed for, it will be considered as acceptance of the goods. If there are any quality issues with the products, please contact us within 24 hours after receiving the goods. Although each shipment is inspected by the quality control department before shipment (checking the goods, packaging, and QC), due to the large volume of shipments, there may be a few individual styles with inherent quality issues. If you receive goods with quality problems, you can contact the online customer service directly to negotiate and resolve the problem.

【关于退货】

Exchange and return policies are available for 7 days after receipt, with no use of the product.
