1. Return and Exchange Process
A. All exchanges will be processed through a return and reshipment method.
B. For goods that need to be returned or exchanged, they cannot be washed, worn, or damaged by human action. Please keep the original packaging and accessories intact, and do not affect the resale. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the buyer's return or exchange, and the buyer will bear all losses (including but not limited to shipping costs, order amounts, etc.).
C. Special-priced goods and promotional products are not subject to exchange or return requests once sold, and goods that have been taken off the shelves are not exchangeable or returnable.
When sending back the goods for a refund or exchange, please prepare a small note with the reason for the return and your order number. For items sent on collect, we will refuse to accept them. All costs incurred due to collect payments will be borne by the buyer.
E. To apply for a return or exchange, you must inform the customer service in advance. If the product is sent without informing the customer service, the shipping fee will be borne by the buyer.
After the 7-day no-reason return period, products with quality issues are only supported for exchange within 15 days.
G. Our purchases are trade-related. Please note that products that do not support a 7-day no-reason return policy are not eligible for a 7-day no-reason return.
H. This store does not support the method of purchasing multiple items to get free shipping, and if a customer uses this method, the store has the right not to ship the order and does not support the rule of over-time compensation.
2. [Return Shipping Fee]
A. Quality Defective Items: 1. If the item needs to be exchanged or returned, the merchant will bear the round-trip shipping costs. For quality problems that have not been reported to customer service within 7 days after signing and less than 15 days, the buyer is responsible for the round-trip return shipping costs. If the signing is more than 15 days, there is no refund or exchange. Please all buyers check the goods in time after receiving them.
2. If a product is returned due to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Once the product is received and the issue is confirmed in the warehouse, the buyer must provide evidence of the advance payment made, or we reserve the right to refuse compensation.
3. Only accepts low-cost express services such as ZTO, Yunda, YTO, Best, etc., and does not accept express services from SF or Dehong. For any costs incurred due to the buyer's choice of cash on delivery (COD) or non-low-cost express services, the buyer will be solely responsible for these costs.
B. Non-quality issues: 1, returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility, and for a single return exceeding 3 items, a post-sale cost of 10% of the order amount will be deducted (including shipping costs, re-inspection, packing, labor and materials needed for storage).
2. Customers who have placed orders three times or more and have a return rate exceeding 30% will be subject to a 10% post-sale cost deduction from the third order onward for returns (including shipping costs, re-inspection, packing, labor and materials required for storage).
3. Return Rate Explanation: The number of return orders / total number of orders > 30% or the number of returned products / total number of products purchased > 30%
C. Misplaced shipment issues: The warehouse sends a large number of items daily, and it is impossible to guarantee zero errors. If a product is sent incorrectly, the seller will bear the shipping costs for sending it out, and the buyer will bear the costs for returning it.

We have quality inspection processes both during production and before packaging. Most of our products strive for high quality and high value for money, but we cannot meet all customer requirements. Therefore, minor flaws that do not affect overall wear are not considered quality issues. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs, including but not limited to (inner lining, tiny open seams at the corners, uneven stitching; small loose threads; washable chalk; slight fading; minor color differences; minor color variations within 1CM, etc.).
