Packing: Luminous beads bag packaging (15*21*2cm) / PP box packaging (15.5*6.3*3cm) (default) / 18.8*10.3*1.8cm is optional.

【After-sales General Rules】
1: Product Quality Issues: Most of our products are tested and approved before they are placed in the warehouse. When we ship them again, we will conduct a random inspection to ensure that the appearance and packaging are intact before shipping. We strive to minimize the return rate of our products, but please note that electronic products cannot be guaranteed to be problem-free, let alone in bulk. Therefore, it is normal to have some individual returns.
2: Product Return: If a product has quality issues and is not due to misuse, the buyer can return the defective products in bulk once they reach a certain quantity, and then exchange them for new products. The new products can be sent back with the next order. (Our company is not responsible for the return shipping costs; the customer is responsible for paying these costs.)
3: Return and Exchange Issues:
(1) Different products have their own warranty periods. If any quality issues arise within the warranty period, and it is not due to human damage, the product can be replaced with a new one (subject to the degree of appearance damage).
(2) If a single batch of mixed products has serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to resolve the issue. If it exceeds the prescribed time, returns are not allowed. (The premise of a return is that the product appearance and packaging must be intact and clean, without any signs of damage or wear.)
(3) If the product itself has no quality issues, it is caused by human damage, the packaging is damaged, or it is beyond the warranty period, it is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Please pack the returned products carefully to protect them from damage during transportation. Avoid unnecessary losses. Also, please note any quality issues on a piece of paper and inform the customer service about the express delivery tracking number for the return.
