1. What should I do if the lamps received are damaged?

A: Please contact customer service immediately. The accessories will be reissued free of charge. We will bear the postage.

2. I don't want it anymore. Can I return it?

Answer: this lamp is not a quality problem and cannot be returned without reason within 7 days.! For lamps that are allowed to be returned through negotiation, you must pay for all packaging damage and other expenses caused by return transportation. All costs caused by non-quality return shall be borne by you. Please contact Customer Service for quality problems.

3. Is it real shot?

Answer: All our products are taken by professional SLR cameras in kind. Due to different computer monitors and other factors, some chromatic aberration may occur in the pictures. If you mind, please consider before placing an order.

4. When will the goods be delivered? Express delivery or logistics? Free shipping?

Answer: It will be delivered within 1-2 working days after payment. In case of shortage or customized lamps, they can be shipped within 3-10 days. Generally, small lamps are delivered by Express, and large lamps are delivered by logistics. If you need to specify the delivery method, please contact customer service. Our lamps are all factory prices, without postage, and the freight calculated on the page is the cost of express delivery. Each size and weight are different, please contact Customer Service for specific freight.

5. Does it contain light source?

Answer: the factory does not match the light source. If you need the light source, you can choose the price of the light source. The light bulb style in the picture is for shooting, and it is not shipped. If necessary, please contact customer service for the light bulb delivered.
