notice on delivery: 1. If the product is damaged after signing, our company will provide product accessories free of charge (only small accessories, excluding product main body), and the customer will bear the postage and packaging cost (accessories are not discounted, our company is not responsible for cash compensation); If the buyer requests a refund due to damage, the return freight shall be borne by the delivery customer. Note: If the main body of the product is damaged, the customer shall bear the cost.

2. If the goods are sent incorrectly or missed, our company shall bear the replacement accessories and postage (the number of free reshipment is once, if the customer does not answer the phone or natural disasters and other reasons are returned, the customer shall bear the freight for the second reshipment).

3. For orders that apply for a refund after the express delivery, the shipping fee must be deducted (including the following situations: Package interception, rejection, or return due to other uncontrollable factors such as epidemic or weather).

4. Our company is not responsible for the compensation of products during this period if uncontrollable factors such as big promotion or express warehouse explosion cause the delivery to time out.
