2. About delivery and after-sales

1. The goods will be delivered from the normal day to the next day on weekdays, and the warehouse will work overtime until 8 pm. The factory did not go to work on Sunday. If there is no urgent order, leave a message at any time. The customer service will reply as soon as possible when you see it.

2. If the product has quality problems (in the case of non-human damage), the buyer can accumulate the products and send them back for exchange at a time after they have accumulated a certain amount of bad products, the changed products can also be sent back together with the ordered goods when ordering next time.
3. Send us the products that need to be repaired, please fill in correctly (specify the contact name, address, phone number and the problem of the products in detail), and we will return the products to you according to the contact address you filled in.
4. We are not responsible for the round-trip freight for product repair, and the customer must pay by himself.
Replacement problem:
1. Different products have corresponding warranty periods (usually 3 months to 1 year warranty). In case of quality problems or non-human damage during the warranty period, a new one can be replaced (depending on the degree of damage to the appearance of the product). The warranty period is subject to the validity period of warranty sticker attached to the product (note: during the warranty period, please keep the warranty sticker clear, complete, and no one is damaged).
2. The buyer has just received the product and found that there is a problem (such as: the product model is wrong, the product has few accessories, etc.), you must contact us within 24 hours after signing.
