1. When the waterfall filter is started, you need to fill the waterfall with water first. The water level of the fish tank should be full. It should be about 2 ~ 3CM away from the upper edge. The more full, the better. Then, start the waterfall. Within about 2 or 3 minutes, the water inlet pipe will slowly introduce water, which can be started successfully. After power failure, as long as the water level does not drop too much, it can be automatically started again.

2. The inlet pipe of the waterfall filter does not need to be up to the bottom of the cylinder. The waterfall filter is mainly based on biochemical filtration and is physically assisted. It does not directly absorb large particles of dirty things into the filter, therefore, it is unnecessary that the inlet pipe must be at the bottom of the cylinder. It is the nitrified bacteria cultured filter material inside to decompose dirty things into particles and then turn them into non-toxic nitrate.

3. The water in the cylinder must be as full as possible. The water in the waterfall pump can only be started when it is full, otherwise it cannot work. Thank you.
