[Wholesale-delivery after-sales rules]]:

1. If the product has quality problems, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is signed (30 days for wholesale customers) (inform customer service of product photos or videos), check and confirm that it is true, the postage is borne by us. If there is no quality problem after our inspection, the return freight shall be borne by ourselves. (Make sure the packaging is intact, and it will not be accepted if it has been used)

2. For non-quality problems and no reason to return or exchange, please contact customer service within 7 days after the order is signed (30 days for wholesale customers). The freight is paid by yourself. The product cannot be unpacked, unused and well packaged, secondary sales cannot be affected.

3. If you find less or missing delivery after signing, please contact us within 7 days. Take photos of all products and delivery lists and inform the customer service. We will check with the warehouse to verify and retrieve the delivery video, if you confirm that the delivery is less or missing, we will give you a satisfactory handling. If you contact us beyond the time limit, we will not handle it!

Note: If you find that the packing box outside the express delivery is damaged or squeezed when signing, please take a photo and reject it. After contacting us, you will arrange to resend it. Otherwise, if you find a shortage of goods after signing, out-of-stock and appearance impact sales shall be borne by themselves.
