2. About sizes:

For custom-processed products, we require a 30% deposit as a down payment to cover the initial costs. 5. About after-sales service:

Glass products do not have after-sales service except for damage. Since they are made by machines, small bubbles or mold patterns are normal phenomena and cannot be avoided. Products with sprayed colors may lose their color over time due to friction, scratching by hard objects, or exposure to the sun, which is normal and not considered a quality issue. Customers who are sensitive to imperfections or who require flawless products should exercise caution when purchasing. We cannot claim that the products are perfect, but they are worth the price. Once an order is placed, it indicates that the customer agrees with the above statements.

6. About Shipping:

Due to our large shipment volume and the fluctuation of our inventory, please contact our customer service to confirm whether the product is in stock before making a purchase. All products do not include shipping fees. The logistics shipping cost, either collect on delivery or prepaid, is generally the same (if there is a difference, our customer service will inform you in advance). 7. About Damage Compensation:

However, during transportation, it is impossible to avoid damage. The postal law has included them as fragile items. The compensation rules for fragile items are: "A 3% damage rate is allowed during transportation. For any damage exceeding 3%, the supplier will compensate." Please provide photos of damaged products within 12 hours after receiving the goods (a single photo can show the number of damaged items), and we will timely consult with you to resolve the refund or reissue. If there are no images, it will be considered as a waiver.

8. Sign Receipt Instructions:

Logistics companies may also experience missing items during transportation, so please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking the packaging for damage and ensuring the quantity and product satisfaction) before signing for them. If there are only a few items or missing pieces, please refuse to sign and write "missing/damaged" on the parcel form. Please also contact us in time, and we will handle the situation appropriately. 9. About logistics:
