1. Order rules:

II. Shipping rules:

1. We mainly have two types of mode of Despatch. We recommend that you send express delivery if there are not many goods. The default delivery for small items is Huitong, which can be delivered to your door, which is convenient and fast. There are many goods and the logistics is cost-effective, but the buyer wants to pick up the goods from the logistics company. The logistics can be specified. We can also suggest a suitable and convenient logistics company for the buyer according to the actual situation.
2. Deliver the goods about 1-2 days after payment, except for special circumstances. Due to the imperfect background of Alibaba, the specific delivery time is subject to the scanning records, and the "click delivery" will not prevail. Logistics is subject to the updated logistics number and telephone number.
3. Customers with designated logistics must contact customer service for instructions, because some logistics companies are not commonly used, we need to call the same place to confirm whether the cargo discharge point is in your region and whether the price is affordable. If you cannot deliver the goods without contacting the customer service, please understand that we will contact you later to confirm the delivery. The delayed time during this period is not overdue. Chat records are used as credentials.
4. Direct places usually arrive in about 2 to 4 days, and places that need transit are about one or two days later. Except for special circumstances. The actual arrival shall prevail. We cannot control the logistics. If you have requirements for the arrival time, you can choose SF Express to pay on arrival.

III. After-sales rules
 
1. Within 7 days after receiving the goods (subject to the receipt date of the waybill), timely feedback the product information and receipt information: including product quality problems, less delivery and missing delivery, dislike, etc, if you need to return or exchange goods, communicate with the customer service to solve the problem. If the return or exchange is caused by the buyer, the buyer shall bear the corresponding freight. Otherwise, the seller shall bear it and it will not be accepted within the time limit. False reports will not be accepted once verified.

3. Customers need to unpack and check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not when receiving the goods. If there are quality problems such as damage caused by transportation problems, please ask the relevant transportation company to issue a certificate stamped with fresh seal and provide this certificate to us, we will assist customers in making claims.
