2. With regard to quality issues, we guarantee the quality and packaging of the products when they are shipped. However, we cannot avoid losses during transportation, which will lead to transportation losses, we all need to undertake together and negotiate the handling method. Please understand. Therefore, please contact our customer service staff within 12 hours after signing, and we will make partial loss compensation or other return and exchange processing according to the actual situation. If you need to return it, both parties must bear half of the cost, and one or more of them are the same. Buyers can cooperate for a long time, and multiple returns are accumulated, which is more cost-effective.

3. Our company belongs to factory wholesale direct sales, and does not accept exchange or return. If there is any quality problem, we can return it. If there is no quality problem, it is not allowed to return it! You can try to sell it, our products on Alibaba are generally easy to sell. If there is any price difference, please contact customer service to refund the price difference.

② product quality problems: most problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery riding position, connecting thread ends... and selling toys should be able to repair toys. Some product accessories can be repaired, we will provide accessories, please contact Customer Service for details. Make-up accessories need to be supplied at the next purchase. If you need to supply them immediately, you must bear the freight yourself.

③ damaged packaging and crushed express logistics: We will use logistics double-layer packaging, padded buffer, compact stacking and other methods to avoid the occurrence of Damage Events. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, it is beyond our control. The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by us. Please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or express delivery!! (Logistics with insurance such as Jiaji Xinbang can be settled, but ordinary logistics is generally not available. ④ the product has small flaws: what we do is not fine products, not crafts, not artworks, not electrical appliances, but ordinary toys, the detailed information of the product contains complete information about all aspects of the product. If you have strict requirements on the product, please turn around and make an elegant detour. But please don't talk about how Taobao or the wholesale market is solved.
