clothes hanger/pant rack LOGO engraving products are customized products. Once you place an order, we will not return or exchange the products. We will sample the LOGO before engraving and confirm it to the buyer. After the buyer confirms, we will start to print the LOGO in batches, each hanger/pant rack is hand-printed one by one, and the effect is as good as that confirmed by the proofing to the customer. The deviation is 0.1-0.5, which is normal!

1. The situation of wrong delivery and missing delivery ---- we will pay the postage for wrong delivery. If the situation of missing delivery is small and the product details are marked as out of stock, the out-of-stock part will be handled according to "apply for refund, if the number of missing items is large, we will pay the postage to help you make up for it!
2. Product quality problems ---- due to the particularity of wholesale, the quantity of goods is also large, and the conditions are limited. We cannot take all products apart for inspection like Taobao retail, although the manufacturer has strictly controlled the quality before delivering the goods to us, it is normal for some defective products to exist. However, if there is a quality problem with the products, we have the obligation to exchange them for buyers, however, the profit of our small wholesale is relatively thin. Sometimes the profit is not as high as the freight back and forth. If we pay the freight back and forth for exchange, we don't just don't make money, more often it is losing money, and no one will do the losing business. I believe that all friends who do business will agree with this: So we generally adopt the following three methods to deal with it:
① the next purchase will be reshipped (the reshipping part does not count the freight)
② refund 50% of the goods
③ direct return and exchange (freight shall be borne by the buyer)

3. Product damage problem ---- damage is generally concentrated on plastic products. Due to the uneven quality of employees in the express delivery industry, violent throwing, stepping and other problems, no matter how good the package is, it will inevitably be damaged during transportation and delivery. Our after-sales service will be handled according to category 2!

4. Summary of returns and exchanges ---- if you are not satisfied with the product and do not like it, you can return it without affecting the secondary sales, and the freight is paid by yourself!
