Note: The material of the plane is foam. Any part of the plane cannot be bent at a 90-degree angle (any damage caused by such bending is not covered by our company's responsibility). When assembling the plane, don't rush, insert it slowly. When playing, push the tail out.

Section Two: About Receiving Goods

Please carefully inspect the box around when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or missing, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened, please open the box on the spot to inspect the goods! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take the goods first, contact us at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as no objection to accepting the goods.

III. About Returns and Exchanges

If the buyer needs to return the goods due to personal reasons, the damage and losses caused by the return of the product will be large, and they will be calculated at the original price.8Refunds will be made for any excess amount.1We do not provide a return and exchange service for items with no quality issues within one month. 2Quality problem returns and exchanges:

3Damage to the goods during transportation:

Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. The cardboard box has elasticity, while plastic toys do not, so it is possible that the outer box is not damaged, but the contents are damaged. Please ensure that you inspect the goods before signing for them.5%Damage within the normal range, we will provide the service of re-ordering and sending replacement parts to repair, but not separately. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control.
