We will try our best to meet your requirements, but there may be some deficiencies. We hope you can understand. For large items, please make a note in the comment. For small items, they are sent randomly. The color and style are sent randomly, but you can write a note, and we will try to match it according to what you write. About after-sales service and quality issues for returns and exchanges

Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the shipping receipt signature date), if you discover any quality issues with the product, please contact the after-sales customer service promptly. Claims after this period will not be accepted. The defective product must be kept in its original, unaltered packaging (please bring your own packaging, do not directly paste or write on the original factory box). For returns of more than five kilograms, the return shipping cost will be borne by our company. Please return items weighing 5-10 kilograms using ordinary logistics, and the shipping cost will be borne by our company. We kindly decline high-cost logistics such as DEPPON, JAS, TINDC, and HUAYU. Any violations will result in self-funded shipping costs. No returns will be made without quality issues, and no exchanges will be made.
