About Color Difference
All products in our store are photographed with actual items, and the pictures are carefully retouched. We strive to make them as close to the actual items as possible. However, due to differences in lighting during photography, resolution of the display, and individual perceptions of color, color differences are unavoidable. We hope our customers will understand and forgive us for this.
About Express Delivery
In general, payment made before 4:30 PM can be shipped the same day, with occasional delays due to weather or unforeseen reasons. Please be patient or consult the customer service in time. Since most of our merchandise is prohibited by air, many regions may not be able to send the specified courier. We will default to the courier that can reach by air freight. Please consult the customer service for details.
Cooperative courier: STO Express, YTO Express, ZTO Express, Yunda Express, and SF Express (additional freight or collect on delivery required). If the courier cannot reach your location, we will send E-Pakkage, which is a slower postal service. Please be patient with the delivery.
