1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature), if you find any product with functional failures, please contact us immediately. We will bear a maximum of 5 yuan for the return freight cost due to quality issues. We will not accept any claims after this period.
2. Customers must inspect the goods upon receipt and sign for them. If there are any issues such as damage, they must refuse to sign and contact us first. If the goods are received without following these instructions, and the damage or loss is caused by the logistics, we will not assume any responsibility and will not bear the return freight costs.
3. 2. When a customer returns a product due to quality issues, they are required to send the item back to our company using a regular mail parcel or a courier service, with the customer paying for the shipping costs. Once we receive the goods, we will refund the shipping costs and the actual product costs based on the post office's list. If the customer returns the item without communicating with our customer service, we reserve the right to reject the return if it is sent using a courier with a 'pay upon receipt' option or any other method.
3. All returns must be made using the real name of the customer (i.e., the name of the person who placed the order), and before sending the return parcel, the customer must communicate with the customer service and return the return form. The return parcel must contain a return list to facilitate staff inquiries and improve efficiency for convenient post-sales order processing!
4. If the return is made without prior communication with customer service, the return will not be accepted.
5. For returns or exchanges based on personal reasons, if the return is actually not due to quality issues, we will not accept it. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees, and any losses will be compensated by the customer at the actual price.
6. Please do not return non-store items. If such items are returned, we will not refund them.
7. Refusal to advance freight costs for any reason, or situations where the return freight costs exceed the shipping costs, will not be accepted for a refund.
