About after-sales service
1. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature), if there are any quality issues, after the buyer submits relevant quality proofs and signs with the courier company to confirm that the product has problems, our store will take the initiative to provide exchange or return services and bear the return shipping costs;
2. The product size may have errors due to different measuring gestures; the color may also have color differences due to different monitor settings; minor issues such as small thread heads or small stains, which can be handled, do not belong to quality problems and are not included in the range of quality problems for returns.
3. If the buyer wishes to return the goods for personal reasons (such as not liking the item, not imagining it well, not selecting the right style, or the sale did not meet expectations), the buyer must pay for the shipping fee that the store sent. If the shipping fee is not paid, the store may refuse the refund application until the buyer pays the shipping fee.
4. If the buyer needs to exchange the product for a different color or size, the buyer will be responsible for the payment. Please ensure that the original packaging and accessories (such as tags) are intact when exchanging the goods.
5. The company does not accept: any form of pre-payment freight; if there is a need for return or exchange, the buyer must pay first;
6. The company does not accept: under the circumstances where the buyer has no evidence, to demand discounts or compensation for reasons such as wrong delivery or quality problems.
7. Returned goods (place a note in the return parcel, indicating the returned style/product number and the quantity of each color. Do not forget to leave your order number/Taobao username, as well as the recipient's name and contact information, so that the warehouse can check and contact you as soon as possible after receiving the goods).
8. If we deliver the goods in time, and any loss caused by the delay in the delivery time of the courier company, we are not responsible for compensation.
