About smell: The shoes just left the factory will have glue smell, regardless of the quality, and the glue will disappear when placed in the ventilation place.

About Quality: broken soles. Degumming, damage, and serious stains are handled by us. Small thread ends, small stains, slight chromatic aberration, and micro glue smell are not quality problems.

About after-sales: our products have been inspected for shipment, and will not be returned or exchanged for non-quality problems.
