4. Silver willow is the annual flower that is picked during the Lunar New Year festival.Fresh plants will spoil if they are kept in a cardboard box for too long. Open the box as soon as possible after arrival and store them in a dry and well-ventilated place.Delay in removing the goods after arrival can lead to severe seed loss or mold growth, which is the buyer's fault and is not covered by the after-sales service. If the problem is detected in time and the package is opened, Please contact customer service within 12 hours after the express delivery shows the signature, and if it exceeds 12 hours, it is impossible to determine responsibility and no after-sales service will be provided. 5. After-sales scope: severe seed loss (over 20%), broken silver willow during the courier process, after-sales according to the actual number of damage.
6. For small quantities, we send by courier; for large quantities, we send by logistics. Once the courier or logistics has been sent out, we do not support changing the address, and we do not support refusing to sign for the package. For fresh plant products that are refused and returned, we will dispose of them as scraps. All losses must be borne by the buyer, and we do not provide after-sales service for any non-fault issues.
7. Due to the pandemic, all express logistics are guaranteed for timeliness.
