if you purchase our products, you agree to the following wholesale instructions by default, so please read carefully.

1. Retail, mixed batch:

you can mix and batch all products. The purchase quantity limit is not set because the customer needs to take samples. As a factory, our position is to serve wholesalers, not retail, our store is our official online sales store, small profits but quick turnover.
2. About quality:

our products are all produced by our own factory. In terms of product quality, if it is the first contact, we recommend that you sample first, be familiar with the positioning, and then choose a large number of orders.
3. About commodity prices and free shipping:

free shipping for orders over 500 yuan (no other activities are available all year round).
Take a small amount of goods: each time the number of the same color is 100 or less than half a box, use Alibaba's real price (that is, our company is commonly known as "high quality Price").
Bulk delivery: each time the number of the same color is 100 or more than half a box, you can enjoy a cheaper price, but the freight is paid by yourself, and not at the same time enjoy any discount on Alibaba activities (that is, our company is commonly known as "regular price"). Generally, this kind of price is 10% off the actual price of Alibaba.
4. Purchase points:

monthly cumulative purchase amount (natural month)

get 100 points for purchases over 2000 yuan;

300 points will be given for purchases over 5,000 yuan;

get 1000 points for purchases over 10000 yuan;

get 10000 points for purchases over 50000 yuan;

30000 points will be given for purchases over 100000 yuan;

5. Display board:
the cost of a 1.2 m long × 0.55 m wide large display board (including samples) is about 300 RMB. We recommend that you use purchase points to exchange, or use the pre-storage method to obtain points to exchange.
6. Sample:
5 samples are provided free of charge (except for some products), and the freight is paid by SF Express. You can leave a message within 5 pieces. If you buy more samples, you can place an order directly in the store. (Our company is not stingy with samples, and customers with good long-term cooperation usually continuously get automatic push of new products in time. The threshold setting here is mainly for customer identification. Please understand)
return the sample fee and support wholesalers to get samples free of charge. Customers can directly purchase products as samples, and if the purchase of products reaches 500 or a box, the sample fee of the corresponding products will be returned.
7. Sample OEM:
as a factory, we do have this ability, but the production of more than a dozen processes, the cost of mold opening, the fluctuation of output and other factors cause this to be a high threshold business, therefore, the minimum order quantity is usually high. 8. Can in stock of the website change the packaging as needed?
Yes, if the packaging is blank or general-purpose neutral packaging, there is no extra charge. If the customer needs to specify a trademark, the packaging consumables (outer bag, inner box, outer box, etc.) are provided by the customer, express delivery is available to our factory.

9. Production cycle of out-of-stock products:
the production cycle is generally 10-20 days.
Regular style, the production cycle will be within 10 days or less;
unconventional style with large Cycle Fluctuation (if your order quantity is enough to initiate production, it will be within the normal cycle, if your order quantity is low enough to initiate production alone, you need to wait for others to order the order. The time is subject to negotiation. Generally, the foreign order payment is preferred to this).
10. About out of stock:
our stock is generally sufficient, but we are both online and offline for approval. We are also a mixed business model of foreign and domestic sales. Sometimes customers have large orders or may temporarily be out of stock. The inventory is dynamic, the change is very fast. If you like it and want to sell it for a long time, we recommend that you stock up more!
11. Express:
by default, ordinary Express is sent. If you have higher timeliness requirements (such as SF Express), please contact customer service to make up the freight difference.
The Express fee shown is the cooperation agreement price of the courier company, that is, only the freight after the discount has been charged.

How many days does it take to arrive at XX place: Generally, the goods arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai within 2 days. Customers can see the express information update directly in the purchase order.

SF note: If the customer requests to change to SF, our default customer chooses SF Special Offer (the freight for metal products is too expensive), even so, the freight is still about twice as expensive as our default ordinary Express (only estimated). If the customer requests a change, the freight must be expected. SF freight delivery is the same as on-arrival payment. Therefore, we choose to change the freight to zero because the table is open, and the customer pays on-arrival. By default, our customers are skilled wholesalers in the industry and have a definite grasp of their own requirements. Therefore, we do not need to remind them or guarantee the freight. Customers should go to SF official website to check the charges based on the actual package weight.
12. Logistics and freight:
if you think the express delivery fee is expensive, you can choose to send freight logistics. Freight logistics will be paid on arrival. We do not charge any transportation fee here. After the goods arrive at the destination, the logistics company will inform you to bring the consignee's ID card to pick up the goods, and then pay the freight to the logistics company when picking up the goods. Due to the different charging standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and the need for transit in some places, we cannot give you an accurate number, which is subject to the actual collection by the logistics company. Regular logistics can be checked online, and the freight is more expensive than ordinary freight. Ordinary freight can only be queried by phone. The time limit is about 3 to 8 days to see the distance.
(Note: If you send regular logistics, you can claim compensation from the logistics company for the loss of express delivery. Ordinary freight is cheap, but the loss of express delivery cannot be compensated. The loss rate of ordinary freight is one in ten thousand, and the loss is not borne by our company, please carefully consider which logistics to send.)
13. Delivery time:
orders are usually shipped within 72 hours after payment. Normally, orders will be delivered on the next day, usually no more than three days. If there is any shortage, the customer service will inform you immediately. In case of special circumstances, if the order quantity is large or the variety is too large, the delivery time will be adjusted. For more information, please consult the customer service. The agreed delivery time shall prevail.
14. About return and exchange:
if you are worried about the product quality (in fact, it is a positioning problem), please take samples before confirming the purchase to avoid disputes caused by the product's unsuitability for return. Non-quality problems and non-customized products can be negotiated for return and exchange, and the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.
Quality problems, free return and exchange within 7 days, we will bear the freight.
Scope of quality problems: if the product is damaged, the goods are sent incorrectly (color, style, size), missing, and so on, when applying for a return or exchange, please take a photo first and then contact our customer service staff for consultation.
Non-quality problems: due to the slight chromatic aberration of different batches, a small amount of defects that do not affect the overall use.
(Most of the color difference sources come from different display parameters of each computer cellphone. On the details page of each product, our drawing principle is to take pictures in kind. We cannot change the product appearance through PS, but we cannot decide your display.)
15. With the goods list:
by default, we do not carry the list with the goods. If you have special needs (for example, you need to put the list or another receipt), please communicate with the customer service and specify the detailed requirements at Buyer's notes.
16. Price changes:
as a factory, our pricing does not leave marketing space for ourselves. We all increase the price according to the production cost. Therefore, once the material fluctuates, our selling price may fluctuate accordingly-the price will rise and fall. Material and metal prices customers can inquire about the prices of in stock in major exchanges by themselves.
17. Customer pricing:
our company does not set the selling price for customers (whether you use it for retail or others, you will decide it according to your own positioning).
18. Credit card or other means of payment:

19. Whether online products are all products of the company:
