Wholesale Terms

Any purchase of our products is deemed to be an agreement to the following wholesale terms, therefore please carefully read the terms before making a purchase.

1. Whether retail or wholesale, can it be mixed batch?

The entire store can be mixed batch as needed by the customer, as there is no purchase quantity limit due to sample requests. As a factory, our focus is on serving wholesale customers, and we do not sell retail. This store is our official online sales store, and we aim for low profit margins and high sales volume.
2. About Quality:

All the products in our store are manufactured by our own factory. Regarding the quality of the products, we suggest that you first try a sample to get familiar with the quality and positioning before making a large-scale order.
3. About the product price and free shipping:

The order amount must be over 500 yuan to enjoy free shipping in some areas (no other activities are set throughout the year).
Small quantity orders: For orders of the same style and color with less than 100 pieces or less than half a box, use the Ali actual price (our commonly known as "quality price").
Bulk Order: For orders of the same style and color in quantities of 100 pieces or more per item, or half a box or more, we offer more favorable prices. However, the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility, and these orders do not qualify for any Alibaba promotional activities (i.e., our usual 'standard price'). Typically, such prices are 90% of the actual Alibaba price.
4. Purchasing Points:

Monthly Cumulative Purchasing Amount (Calendar Month)

Receive 100 points when you spend 2000 yuan.

Receive 300 points when you spend 5000 yuan.

Receive 1000 points when you spend 10,000 yuan.

Receive 10,000 points when you spend 50,000 yuan.

Receive 30,000 points when you spend 100,000 yuan.

* Deposit 10,000 yuan and receive an additional 200 points

For every 2000 points, you can exchange for a large display board measuring 1.2 meters long × 0.55 meters wide (including samples), which is shipped to your store for free.

Points can be used to offset the payment, with 10 points equivalent to 1 yuan.

5. Exhibit Board:
A large display board measuring 1.2 meters long by 0.55 meters wide (including samples) costs approximately 300 RMB. It is recommended to use purchase points to exchange, or to obtain points by depositing in advance.
Sample:
Sample 5 pieces are free of charge (except for some products), and the freight is paid by SF on arrival. You can leave a message if you buy less than 5 pieces, and if you buy more samples, you can place an order directly in the store. (It's not that our company is stingy with samples. Long-term cooperative customers usually receive new products continuously and in a timely manner. The automatic push is mainly to identify the purpose of the customer, please understand).
Sample fee refund, support wholesale free sample. Customers can directly purchase products as samples, and the product purchase will be returned the corresponding product sample fee when it reaches 500 or a box.
7. Sample Order:
As a factory, we do have the capability, but the costs of the dozens of production processes and molding, as well as the fluctuation in production quantities, all contribute to the fact that this is an inherently high-threshold business. Therefore, the minimum order quantity is typically quite high. For specific details, please contact our customer service for consultation.
Can the website's stock be changed to a different packaging upon request?
Yes, if the packaging is blank or generic, etc., neutral packaging, then there will be no additional costs. However, if the customer requires a specific trademark, the packaging materials (outer bags, inner boxes, outer boxes, etc.) will be provided by the customer and can be couriered to our factory.

Amazon, AliExpress, etc. require N pieces/dozen, but also can be packaged as needed. For specific information, please contact customer service for consultation.
Product production cycle for out-of-stock items:
The production cycle is usually 10-20 days.
Standard styles, production cycle will be within 10 days or less;
Unconventional styles, with large fluctuation in cycles (if your order quantity is sufficient to initiate production, it can be done within the usual cycle. If your order quantity is low and not sufficient to initiate production alone, you need to wait for others to order and combine orders, and the time will be determined by negotiation. Typically, custom orders tend to favor this approach).
10. About Stock Outages:
Our inventory is generally quite sufficient, but we are constantly restocking both online and offline. We operate a mixed model of domestic and export sales, and sometimes, due to large customer orders or unforeseen stockouts, our inventory is dynamic and changes rapidly. If you are interested in stocking a particular item for a long-term sale, it is recommended to stock up more!
Express delivery:
Default shipping is standard courier, but if you require faster delivery (e.g., by SF Express), please contact customer service to make up the difference in shipping costs.
The express delivery fees shown are the cooperative agreement prices of the courier company, which means that only the discounted shipping costs have been charged.

How many days does it take to get to XX: Generally, it takes 2 days to arrive in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. Customers can directly see the update of the courier information on the purchase order.

SF Express Instructions: If the customer requests to change to SF Express, we will default to the customer's choice of "SF Express Preferential" (the freight cost for metal products is too high). Even so, the freight cost is still about one times more than our default standard express delivery most of the time (only an estimate), if the customer requests a change, they must expect the freight cost. The freight cost for sending and receiving with SF Express is the same, so we choose to make the freight cost zero to show openness, and the customer pays on arrival. We default to the customer as a skilled wholesale merchant in the industry, with a clear grasp of their own requirements, so we no longer need to remind them in detail or guarantee the freight cost. The customer should use the actual weight of the parcel to query the freight cost on the SF Express official website.
12. Logistics and Freight:
If you feel that the courier fee is too expensive, you can choose to send goods by freight logistics. All freight logistics items are paid upon arrival, and we do not charge any transportation fees. After the goods arrive at their destination, the logistics company will notify you to pick up the goods with the identity card of the recipient. When picking up the goods, you will pay the freight to the logistics company. Due to the different standards of each logistics company, the distance of the region, and some places need to transfer factors, we cannot give you an accurate number. The actual amount charged by the logistics company is the standard. Regular logistics can be checked online, and the freight cost is higher than that of ordinary freight. Ordinary freight can only be checked by calling. The effectiveness is 3 to 8 days, depending on the distance.
Note: Send through regular logistics, and you can claim compensation from the logistics company if the express is lost. Standard freight is cheaper, but if the express is lost, there is no compensation. The loss rate for standard freight is one in ten thousand, and the loss is not borne by our company. Please carefully consider which logistics to use.
13. Shipping Time:
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours after payment, normally the next day, and generally no more than three days. If there is a stockout, the customer service will notify you in the first time. In the event of special circumstances, such as large order volume or too many varieties, the shipping time will be adjusted. For details, please consult customer service, and the shipping time will be determined by the agreement.
14. About Returns and Exchanges:
Concerned about product quality issues (in fact, it is a positioning problem), please first take samples and then confirm the purchase to avoid disputes caused by unsuitable returns. For non-quality issues and non-customized products, negotiations for returns and exchanges can be made, and the return freight costs will be borne by the buyer.
Quality issues, free returns and exchanges within 7 days, with shipping costs borne by us.
Quality Issue Scope: Goods with damage, incorrect shipment (color, style, size), missing items, etc., which cannot be sold. When applying for a return or exchange, please make sure to take photos first and then contact our customer service staff to negotiate and handle the issue.
Non-quality issues: Minor color differences due to different batches and minor imperfections that do not affect overall use.
The color difference is mostly due to the different parameters of the computer and mobile displays. On each product's detail page, our principle of making the picture is to take a real object photo, without changing the product appearance through Photoshop. However, we cannot decide about your display.
15. Shipping List:
We default to not including a list of items with the shipment. If there are any special needs (e.g., to include a list, or to separate receipts, etc.), please communicate with our customer service and specify the detailed requirements in the buyer's note.
16. Price Fluctuation:
As a factory, we do not leave any marketing space in our pricing. We add a markup based on the cost of production, so once the material price fluctuates, our selling price may also fluctuate—prices can go up or down. The metal material prices are available for our customers to check on major exchanges.
17. Customer's own pricing:
Our company does not set a sales price for our customers (regardless of whether you use it for retail or other purposes, you should decide for yourself based on your own positioning).
18. Credit cards or other payment methods:
Our company is a senior VIP of the KA program on the Alibaba platform, actively responding to the policies of the Alibaba platform and supporting all ways suggested by the platform.
19. Are all the products on the website owned by the company?
No, this is just a small part. Our factory's business from outside orders is much more than that from inside orders. We welcome outside orders to consult our customer service for electronic catalogues and English version images. Our company has a significant advantage in outside orders with strong production capacity.
