PET material: eco-friendly, passes European safety standards tests, can be washed and ironed, has high material toughness, and beads will not break when stitched with a flat machine.
PVC material: not washable, easy to fade, not resistant to high temperatures, fragile material, suitable for single-use items.

Customer's Notice
1. Shipping Method: Small items (weight less than 50KG) are generally shipped by courier. Our company normally cooperates with Yunda, ZTO, and customers can contact the customer service if they need to use other couriers. If there is a need to compensate for the difference in freight, the freight will be directly modified. Large items (weight more than 50KG) are generally shipped by logistics. We normally use the nearest logistics. Customers can also provide their own designated logistics points.
2. Shipping time: Under normal circumstances, the goods with spot payment will be shipped on time within 36 hours after the order is placed. For custom-made orders, the delivery time will depend on the quantity and variety of the customer's custom-made goods, as well as the specific order and the agreement with the customer (standard varieties and quantities of orders will be shipped within 7 days).
About after-sales service: If the return or exchange is not due to a quality issue of the product, the round-trip shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a quality issue with the product or if the warehouse sends the wrong goods, please contact customer service to confirm the correctness. After confirmation, please send the goods back using a standard courier service. The buyer should prepay the shipping costs.
Return and exchange process: 1. Please contact online customer service within 5 days of receiving the goods, providing photos of the product quality as evidence; 2. After the customer service confirms your application, return or send the goods; 3. The returned and exchanged goods must be intact; 4. After the warehouse receives the goods, quality inspection will be conducted; 5. Confirm the return and process the refund.
The following circumstances do not accept returns and exchanges: 1. Damage to the product due to personal estimation; 2. The buyer signs for the delivery without checking the damage in time; 3. The signing time exceeds 7 days; 4. Customized products.
Regarding color differences: We strive to make the product photos as consistent as possible with the actual items. However, due to differences in shooting times, angles, display screens, and individual perceptions of color, there may be a certain color difference between the actual product and the photos. The final color should be determined by the actual item received.
