4. Product quality problems

first of all, we declare that our factory is mainly engaged in large wholesale. If there is a small flaw in batch products, please do not give a medium or poor rating. I believe most wholesalers understand it. Please be careful when making comments.

quality problems: damaged, broken soles, broken vamp, degumming, large-area dyeing, pollution, distribution errors, etc. Please inform customer service in time within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide clear product pictures.

Non-quality problems: thread ends, vamp flaws, traces left by the shoe edge, color difference, tailor's chalk scratches, individual skipping, missed stitch, leather tag or accessories nails are not firm, no return or exchange for reasons such as unobvious routing or unalignment, product deformation caused by transportation and other reasons.
