  We have fine quality customer service. When customer inquiry is find, we will contact and confirm all the details. Then show the full design picture free to customers. If confirmed, we will producte the sample and check it before shipped. When sample is received, we will note all customers' suggestion and do the bulk sample for customer. After getting customer confirm, we will start production and inspect it again before shipped. We also have good after sales service and we are online 24 hours to reply any question.

Inspect: The items are inspected by QC in factory and salesman who serving you. We inspect material, sample, bulk products before shipping to ensure the quality.

  We cherish our each order, normally sample order will be shipped in 15 days and bulk order is 25 days after receiving deposit.

3) Sample

    Sample fee is USD 42.00 / PCE. It can be refunded when bulk order placed. Normally need 15 workdays or earlier.

4) MOQ

     T-shirt 70pcs/color/design, Hoodies, Sweatershirt, Jogger pants, Tank Top, POLO shirt and Soccer jersey are 90pcs/color/design.

     Base jacket and jersey are 120pcs/color/design.

     They all accept mixed size.

5) Service

     Before do the sample, we will offer free design once we get your LOGO or images you want in CDR or AI form.

6) Delivery Time

    15 workdays or earlier for sample and about 25 workdays for bulk order after deposit.

7) Payment

    Normally use T/T, L/C and PayPal. 50% deposit and the balance before shipment.
