【Ordering Notes】

1. Minimum Order Quantity: The minimum order quantity per product is 500 pieces/style.

Sample Order: For products that require sample production, a sample fee of 300-500 yuan will be charged based on the actual situation. The sample production period is 3-10 days, and the arrangement will be negotiated based on the production situation in the workshop and the customer's schedule. After the production, the sample fee will be refunded or used as payment for the goods.

3. Formal Order: Both parties confirm the product style, quantity, material, unit price, advertising requirements (product can be embossed with a LOGO or custom-made in different materials such as metal), and the delivery time, and sign a contract for equal cooperation business.

4. Order Delivery: Our company produces according to the contract, ensuring quality and quantity, and arranges the transportation as per the customer's requirements, with free agency services for transportation. The transportation costs are borne by the customer.

5. Order Payment: The customer must pay 30% of the total amount within 24 hours after signing the contract, and the remaining amount must be paid in full before shipping. Payment can be made directly through major banks or Alipay.

6. After-sales Service: In the event of quality-related issues, we will assume full responsibility and resolve the problem for our customers in the first instance. However, we will not be held responsible for any damage to goods caused by long-distance transportation or for any delays due to factors beyond our control, such as transportation or human error.

8. Sample express delivery is defaulted to SF Express.
