Large quantity of goods: Choose a logistics shipping method, transport to the city you specify, and the buyer picks up the goods at the logistics point, with the freight charge to be paid upon delivery.

Shipping time
Due to the fact that our factory conducts sales both online and offline, the quantity of all goods listed online is not necessarily the actual stock quantity.
Please consult the customer service before placing an order to confirm if there are any stock available. If there is stock in the warehouse, the goods will generally be dispatched within 48 hours after payment.
If there are no stock available, the time will be determined by the production speed, and the actual shipping time will be subject to the customer service commitment.

After-sales issues
Please ensure that the quality and quantity of the goods are correct before signing for them.
Whether it is the quantity of goods received, or if there are quality issues that do not match the products ordered, please contact us immediately.
All products of this factory are subject to strict inspection and only those that meet quality standards are released for sale. However, these are not high-end crafts with exorbitant prices but mechanically mass-produced stainless steel products. In the event of minor silver scratches on some products, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not considered a quality issue. Note: Products with no quality issues are not exchangeable or refundable.

All product prices are wholesale prices. Please order according to the minimum order quantity. We do not accept retail or mixed batching. For customers who need to order in large quantities, you can contact our customer service through Alipay or telephone. We will calculate a suitable price for you.

Dimension Instructions
The dimensions of stainless steel products are generally not full size, for example, a pot measuring 26cm is actually only 25cm or 25.5cm, with a difference of about 1cm. If you want to know the actual size, please ask the customer service. The stainless steel industry is quite special, so please make sure you understand the details before placing an order.
