3. If the buyer finds that the actual product of the work does not match the picture or the work is less sent after signing for the work, please contact this site within 3 days. After verification by this site and negotiation with the artist, return or reissue can be arranged
4. If the buyer questions the authenticity of the work, he must provide the written certificate issued by the artist himself or the identification certificate issued by more than two (including two) national experts. Once the verification is correct, he can arrange the return and exchange.
5. Within 3 days from the date of notification of return and exchange, the buyer must properly package the works and send them to the designated place of the site by the logistics company. The buyer must inform the customer service of the site of the logistics company name and order number in a timely manner.
6. The return and exchange fees incurred by the buyer through negotiation with this site shall be paid in advance by the buyer. After the designated returned and exchanged works and related attachments are delivered to the designated place within the specified time, this site verifies the logistics fee with the buyer and the logistics company and directly pays it to the buyer.
