1. Product quotation:
most of our ceramic products are customized with samples except a few conventional products in stock, the product price is for reference only. When you customize products, please provide detailed information such as product pictures, product sizes, packaging methods, quantity and quality grades as much as possible. We will according customized products quantity and quality requirements, I will make it to you in time reasonable quotation.
2. Proofing details:
if guests require customized Cup type, porcelain, color and LOGO. Our factory can provide proofing.
3. Confirm the order:
after confirming the proofing, 30-50% deposit will be paid in advance. After receiving the deposit, the business department will start to arrange production. After the balance is settled, the goods will be shipped. Alipay is also available for online payment.
4. When delivering the goods, ask:
the delivery time should be negotiated with the customer according to the product quantity and factory production arrangement. (Please note that if there is no existing device type, the mold needs to be opened now. It takes 10-15 days to open the mold)
5. Transportation instructions:
the customer can appoint a logistics company to pick up the goods at our factory, or our factory can choose a suitable logistics company to deliver the goods on behalf of the purchaser, the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
